Mitchell Ross - Managing Director, Recruitment

Mitchell is the managing director responsible for devising and implementing the strategy for Risk Audit Recruitment Services Limited, the recruitment arm of Risk Audit Limited, as it expands both in the UK and overseas.

Mitchell began his career as an internal auditor at Kleinwort Benson Plc in 1985 where he was given an excellent grounding in investment banking and unparalleled exposure to an extremely diversified global business. Soon after joining Kleinwort, Mitchell was seconded to the treasury-trading group where he was trained in the key financial products and derivatives being traded in the global markets. With this front-end experience, Mitchell returned to audit and became a specialist in auditing the treasury and capital markets parts of the business. This involved significant travel and enormous exposure to the senior directors of the company.

After 7 years, Mitchell left and joined Goldman Sachs Asset Management in a joint audit and compliance role focusing primarily on ensuring the company was operating in line with IMRO guidelines. A brief spell at the SFA then saw Mitchell team up with Sandro as an audit manager at Sumitomo Bank and the Gerrard Group Plc.
Mitchell is a graduate from UMIST and is a qualified chartered banker. He is married with two children, lives in North London and is a mad keen golfer, with a passion for his beloved Arsenal.
