FSA Arrest Legal and General Employee
The Financial Services Authority this morning arrested an employee of Legal & General Investment Management.
The man is believed to be a trader and has been detained in connection with an insider trading investigation codenamed “Tabernula”.
The probe has looked at the use of spread betting spanning three years involving the shares of at least 500 companies. To date nine people have been arrested.
