Julius Baer Confident
Boris Collardi, CEO of Julius Baer, has expressed confidence that his bank will not be fined by US regulators looking into potential tax evasion.
Mr. Collardi admitted that the bank had provided US taxpayers with accounts until the autumn of 2008. This is well after the commencement of a tax investigation into UBS.
Baer has not made any provisions for a possible fine and settlement.
