Our client is seeking a Senior Audit Manager to join an independent team to help deliver Quality Assurance function within internal Audit.

Key responsibilities:
Take a lead in the development, administration and maintenance of QA standards, policies and procedures.
Perform thematic audit reviews, risk based advisory and cold file reviews.
Advise and confirm quality requirements associated with major internal audit change programmes and operational process improvements.
Provide quantitative and qualitative programme of quality assurance across all internal audit activities and processes.
Presenting, developing, training and liaising with senior managers.

Key qualification and skills:
Professional audit qualification (ACA, CPA,ACCA, ICMA, IIA, CISA. CIA etc) is desirable.
Strong knowledge of quality assurance, quality management and improvement programme processes in internal audit is a MUST.
Experience and knowledge of risk based audit approaches, audit methodologies, audit software and toolkits.
Good understanding and experience of regulatory and third party assessment of internal audit departments and regulatory relationship management.
