Group Financial Crime Risk Assessment, Assoc Dir
Salary: £70-75,000 salary plus benefits and bonus  Location: London
Supporting the Group MLRO and Risk Assessment Director, you will be called upon to: - Develop and maintain methodologies, systems, reports and analyses which expose and record Financial Crime risk in the group, with an emphasis on incisive thinking and high quality reporting that can be shared with top executive management. - Work with the businesses to map and understand the controls through which financial crime risk is mitigated, seeking synergies for addressing common issues. - Manage interaction with stakeholders that span multiple businesses, functions and geographies within the firm. Work to strengthen the profile and presence of AML to support the overall functioning of the Group AML systems and controls.

Assoc Dir, Group Functions Regulatory Oversight
Salary: £65-75,000 Base plus bonus/considerable benefits  Location: London
With a specific focus upon the bank’s group central functions, the role holder will support the Regulatory Affairs Director in: - Developing and monitoring the regulatory risk profile. - Delivering ‘fit for purpose’ risk management processes to mitigate regulatory risk. - Understanding the implications of regulatory developments and assist in implementation as required.

Senior Group Compliance Manager, Wholesale
Salary: £70-75,000 plus benefits, bonus  Location: London
Key responsibilities: * Monitor the regulatory risk profile of specific business units globally. * Deliver ‘fit for purpose’ compliance risk management processes to mitigate regulatory risk. * Execute the group compliance conformance review programme. * Direct activity and resource to undertake special investigations into major control breaches that have a serious regulatory impact on the business.

Senior Compliance Manager, Retail Banking
Salary: £75,000 plus bonus and benefits  Location: London
Part of a rapidly expanding team focussed upon process improvement, building effective relationships with external regulatory bodies, and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders. You'll provide technical guidance and tailored feedback on regulatory issues, making sure that new business proposals comply with regulatory obligations and internal standards and principles.

Senior Compliance Manager, Wholesale Conduct
Salary: £100,000 plus cash allowances, benefits and bonus  Location: London
A senior role with two Managerial grade reports, taking the compliance lead on conduct risk and customer treatment. The incumbent will have oversight of complaints handling, product governance and the approval of financial promotions. A key component of the job will be to manage and advise senior management in the wholesale banking/financial markets division.
