Looking for staff?
As clients’ requirements can differ, RARS offers both Retained Search and Contingency Recruitment.
Retained Search
A retained search is when a client gives RARS an exclusive and confidential mandate to search the market for a particular type of candidate, normally at a reasonably senior level. We have been particularly successful in this area and have concluded a wide range of senior searches both in the UK and internationally.
If you would like to discuss the market or a particular assignment, please call Mitchell Ross on 020 7665 5486 or email on mitchellross@riskaudit.co.uk
Our network and relationships enable us to access the market successfully and speak with relevant individuals concerning specialist roles on a confidential basis.
The key benefits of a retained search are:
- The client remains in control;
- The significance of the role is underlined to all parties;
- Dedicated RARS resources are allocated at the outset;
- It is easier to maintain confidentiality;
- The whole market is covered;
- Probability of completion within a defined timeframe is enhanced.
Contingency Recruitment
Clients will typically choose up to three consultancies to work on assignments where the retained option is not considered appropriate. These assignments will normally be at the junior-mid level of seniority. As a specialist in our market, we are more than happy to cover non-retained assignments. Our network ensures that we find the right candidates at the right salary level.
It is one of our key principles that all candidates should be interviewed by one of our consultants prior to being introduced to a client. Where practicable, these interviews are face-to-face. Furthermore, we always ensure that candidates are fully briefed as to the role before the introduction is made.
Candidates are dealt with professionally and honestly in all cases. We realize the importance of an honest and reliable approach and will work to the highest possible standard to satisfy candidate’s ambitions.
