Quality Assurance
You are assured that Risk Audit takes all reasonable steps to ensure that its courses are of the highest quality and meet delegate objectives. Of note are the following elements:
- Pre-Course Questionnaire - All delegates will be asked to complete this document which seeks to ensure the speaker has a full understanding of delegates' backgrounds and specific course objectives.
- Delegate Bookings - The number of delegate bookings is limited to ensure the course provides a good opportunity for a two-way exchange of ideas.
- Speaker/ Material Quality - Whilst we cannot commit to running courses with advertised speakers and changes may need to be made to the advertised material, Risk Audit can assure you that all speakers and their material are fully vetted to ensure delegate objectives are met.
- Post-Course Questionnaire - Delegates will be asked to complete a questionnaire designed to highlight any issues arising from the course.
What happens when you make a booking with us.
Risk Audit will confirm your booking within 5 days (by e-mail) and send you an acknowledgement letter and VAT invoice.
To settle the course fee booked through fax, email or post, please send a cheque payable to "Risk Audit Limited", crossed A/C Payee Only, to the address stated on the invoice. Our BACS details are available on request.
The Small Print - Course booking Terms and Conditions
If you need to cancel
Whilst we understand that plans and circumstances change,
cancellations can cause us difficulties. We hope our terms set out
below are not considered too onerous.
- If you cancel a course booking up to 10 working days before the date of the course we will make a charge of 20% of the course fee inclusive of VAT.
- Cancellations within 10 working days of the course, for whatever reason, will attract the full fee with no refunds possible.
- Alternative delegates will be allowed to attend the course, but for security and administrative reasons, we would ask that we be advised of name changes beforehand.
If Risk Audit needs to cancel
- Risk Audit will take all reasonable measures to avoid cancellation.
If, in our sole judgement, it is not possible to proceed with a course for whatever reason, we reserve the right to cancel the event. In this situation, our liability is limited to a refund of the course fee. We are not liable for any further costs including consequential damages.
